Application & Timeline

Confirm Eligibility

✓ Begin by confirming your eligibility through this form (Eligibility Check Closed for 2025).

✓ Eligibility confirmation usually takes one week.

✓ If your eligibility is confirmed, you will receive an email with the application instructions and link.

Apply

✓ Complete the application form, upload required documents, and submit your personal video.

✓ Applications close on Wednesday July 9th, 2025.

Initial Screening

✓ Eligible candidates will undergo a screening process that includes:

  1. Review of application, supporting documents, and personal video.
  2. Background check, including verification of submitted information and documentation. Additional details or documents may be requested from the candidate as needed.

✓ Successful applicants will be notified via email by Thursday, July 31st, 2025.

Assessments and Interviews

✓ Candidates who pass the initial screening will proceed to an online assessment, conducted in a group setting at a designated location, date, and time set by Alamine.

✓ All applicants will then have a personal interview.

✓ Interviews may be held online or in person and will last for 60-75 minutes.

✓ Interview results carry the most weight in the final selection, alongside assessment outcomes.

✓ The assessments and interviews will be conducted between Sunday August 3rd to Monday August 18th, 2025.

Final Selection and Notification

✓ Alamine will notify successful candidates by Sunday September 7th, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria

Before you apply, please consider the following:

✓ Applications must be submitted through the outlined process and within the specified application timelines. All required documents must be uploaded as part of the application. Late or incomplete applications, including those missing required documents, will not be considered.

✓ Participation in both the assessments and interviews is mandatory. You will receive preparation guidelines in advance.

✓ Selected applicants are expected to attend all required program events and activities, and to fulfill their university’s enrollment and graduation requirements.

✓ We will contact selected applicants by September 7th. If you do not receive an update by that date, unfortunately your application has not been selected this cycle. While we are unable to provide individual feedback, you are welcome to reapply next year if you continue to meet the eligibility criteria.

Eligibility Criteria:

✓ Be a current 10th-12th grade student, a graduate from the past two academic years, or set to graduate this academic year.

✓ Face financial challenges that may limit your ability to access or complete post-secondary education.

✓ Have faced crisis or trauma, such as displacement, abuse, or other significant hardships.

✓ Youth with minor disabilities are welcome to apply.

✓ Demonstrate a basic level of English proficiency.

✓ Eligible nationalities: Jordanian, Palestinian, Lebanese, or Syrian.

✓ Be a legal resident of Jordan (e.g. refugee card holders)

✓ Meet partner universities’ enrollment criteria. See partner universities for more details.

Documents

Documents required for eligibility confirmation:

✓ Recent personal photo.

✓ Copy of government-issued identification (passport copy, ID, visa/residency copy, refugee card with birth certificate).

✓ Stamped copies of transcripts for grades 11 and 12, if available.

✓ For graduates: Certified copy of secondary school certificate (Tawjihi or equivalent non-Jordanian certificate).

✓ University admission letter (if available).

✓ English proficiency certificate (if available).

✓ Any other relevant documents that support your application.
